CALL CENTER & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
DK International features a full in-house Customer Service Center to assist customers with ordering, account details, returns/exchanges, and any other uniform program inquiries. The Customer Service Center and corporate support service staff are located within our Mississauga, Canada office.
CSR's are highly knowledgeable and trained on all pertinent information necessary for servicing each account. Information made readily available to them includes instructions for placing orders, processing returns and exchanges, eStore Password Resets, order keying from faxed or emailed orders, order status, shipping and delivery status, and program account updates.
